Arvind Tiwari Sir has worked in the skill development sector for the last 26 years. and have worked with top private organizations along with government organizations. His main roles in these organizations were policy making, policy implementation, liaising with ministries for various skill development projects, and heading its operation on the ground.

Private organizations where he has given his services are – ISAC Dhanbad, CCT Delhi, SRM Chennai, Focus Bangalore, Zicom Mumbai, Reliance Mumbai, CJ Darcl Gurugram, Assocham New Delhi. Hardicon Limited, New Delhi. In Government, he had also given his services as SPM with Govt, of Sikkim Gangtok. for the prestigious project DDUGKY, which runs under the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India.

He has made a good team across India in 26 years. service in the skill development sector. now he has decided to work for the spread of financial literacy and wants to contribute to nation-building as India is the fastest-growing economy globally.

Under the blessing of Maa Kuldevee, for achieving the above goal, Arvind Tiwari Sir along with his devoted team members has launched the Financial Training and Trading group – Kulmaa Group with two initiatives

1. Kulmaa Stock market literacy mission under Rashtriya Sarva Saksar Abhiyan Trust.

2. Kulmaa Money clinic under Kuhu consulting Private Limited.
